Cashew and date bliss balls


I love bliss balls, they are an easy snack that anyone can make.The main ingredients can vary from different kinds of nuts, dates, apricot, nut butter and so on.  I make bliss balls typically a few times a month. I vary the recipes a bit, using different types of nuts, seeds and topping . These bliss balls only requires four ingredients- cashews,dates, oat and cacao powder. They are  rich, without being too sweet. Bliss balls are a good choice for the afternoon pick-me-up or after dinner sweet treat.


1 cup unsalted cashews

1/4 cup rolled oats

8 medjool dates

1 1/2 tbsp raw cocoa powder



  1. Add cashews and oats to a food processor. Add the dates one by one.  Blend and while blending add the cacao powder.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls-  Place in fridge until balls are hardened.
